The next series of small-group Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes start in February.
You will learn how to:
- Improve your posture
- Increase flexibility in your spine and shoulders
- Move with more ease and comfort (shake off those aches and pains!).
- Reduce tension and stress
- Become more mindful in your everyday activities.
Each week you will explore a new Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson to help you understand your movement patterns and habits.
You work at your own pace and comfort during the class, so all body types and levels are welcome.
You don’t need any fancy equipment, lycra, sport shoes or water bottles. All you need to bring is yourself, a curiosity to learn and clothes you can comfortably move in.

Thursday 10am - 11am
8 February - 1 March 2018 (4-week term) - $60

13 February - 27 February 2018 (3-week term) - $45
Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm - full
7 February - 28 February 2018 (4-week term) - $60
